Ethereum Foundation Team Leader Peter Ciladzhi Confirms Istanbul Upcoming Hard Fork will be held on December 4th.

On November 7, Siladzhi announced on his blog thatnetwork update will occur when reaching 9069000 block. He provided node operators using the Geth client with a link to a maintenance release created to start initializing a hard fork.
