Wolfs Group OÜ, an investment and consulting company, will conduct IEO on Coinsbit

European company Wolfs Group OÜ, engaged in investing inreal estate and fintech, announced the IEO of its WLF token on the Coinsbit crypto exchange. This was reported in the official press release.

Wolfs Group's primary stock offering will bepass in two rounds. The first round will begin on January 11, 2020, the second on January 17, 2020. The softcaps of each round will be $ 2 million, the hardcaps - $ 10 million.

The price of one WLF token is $ 0.25. The minimum purchase order is 40 WLF ($ 10). In total, the project will issue 150 million tokens.

The bulk of the funds raised will go toFinanced by Ferpay Ltd, which is responsible for the fintech business of Wolfs Group OÜ. Among the products of Ferpay Ltd: cryptocurrency exchange, mobile application and money transfer service with international FCA license.

Other areas of Wolfs Group OÜ are real estate and new technologies. They are handled by Wolfs Development and Wolfs FPE, respectively.

Cryptocurrency exchange Coinsbit and Wolfs Group OÜ are registered in Estonia.

Earlier this year, Coinsbit announced integration with 200,000 POS terminals. There is a referral program on the exchange with bonuses from $ 25 to $ 200.
