TRON announces private currency issue

Justin Sun, CEO of the Tron Foundation, has published an announcement of a private currency that will beReleased onTRON blockchain coming soon.

According to Sana's official Twitter account, a private coin will soon be issued on the TRON blockchain.

Tron Announces Intent to Implementprivate transactions back in January 2019. Throughout the year, representatives of the organization did not comment on the project. In December, Sun published a series of tweets in which he said that the company conducted a beta test of “secure transaction” technology.

The solution works with zero-knowledge proof(zk-SNARK) in order to hide transaction information, for example, the address of the sender and recipient or the amount of the transfer. In addition, “secure transactions” will use the Confidential Computing Protocol (MPC) to provide the highest level of security.

According to Sun, the new privacy solution is "extremely scalable."The feature has already been launched on the Tron Nile testnet, and its code is available on the project's GitHub.
