Ledger Hardware Wallet Added Tezos Staking

Yesterday, December 10, the developers of the hardware wallet Ledger, announced the new features of their software Live Support for Tezos Cryptocurrency Staking (XTZ).

Including Staking Support, Tezos Holderscan receive rewards for maintaining network security through a hardware wallet. A new option is available in both the desktop and mobile versions of the program.

The company is confident that it provides a higher level of security and convenience compared to similar services of crypto platforms.

Currently, Ledger supports 24 currencies and more than 1250 ERC20 tokens. These wallets are relatively cheap and powerful enough for supported currencies.

Recently, the company introduced on its blogLedger Live toolkit update. Tezos Staking is not the last change that Ledger is making to its core software. The company promises to continue to create tools for other currencies, tokens and assets.

Many companies are deploying Tezos support. Coinbase added XTZ staking service to users of its platform in November. In early December, Binance announced a zero commission for placing Tezos bets.
