Craig Wright sues Coinbase and Kraken exchanges

Australian businessman and self-proclaimed creator of Bitcoin Craig Wright has sued the Americancrypto exchanges Coinbase and Kraken. This was reported in a press release of the lawsuit. It is alleged that the cause of the lawsuit was the advertising of bitcoin core (BTC) crypto exchanges as the original bitcoin.

According to Wright's position, crypto exchanges encourageinvestors to trade and invest in exactly the version of bitcoin that was formed as a result of the fork in 2017. At the same time, according to Wright, bitcoin satoshi vision (BSV) is allegedly the canonical version of bitcoin, another version of bitcoin formed as a result of the hard fork from bitcoin cash (BCH) in November 2018.

Wright claims that Coinbase and Kraken are deliberatelydistort the perception of cryptocurrencies, which has led to confusion among investors. Now, the plaintiffs are seeking a court ruling barring Coinbase and Kraken from promoting BTC as the original bitcoin.
