The Coinbase Commerce platform, which allows merchants to accept payments in cryptocurrency, has processedtransactions for $ 200 million, reports CoinDesk.
Company spokesman John Zettler also emphasized that in March the platform team did not see any significant changes in their operations, despite the financial crisis.
According to him, Coinbase Commerce users prefer bitcoin to other cryptocurrencies:
“Merchants often tell us that this is the cryptocurrency they are most familiar with and trust.”

Currently, over eight thousand merchants are connected to Coinbase Commerce.
