The Italian bank Banca Sella launched a trade in bitcoin against the backdrop of quarantine

Italy has declared a national quarantine due to the coronavirus pandemic. Against this background, Banca Sella launchedBitcoin trading on its Hype platform.

The bank will act as an intermediary between tradersand cryptocurrency exchanges using its platform to reduce security risks for users. Now the citizens of the country are sitting at home, so there is an increased interest in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as a means of payment.

Hype platform will allow not only to buy andsell bitcoin, but also pay with cryptocurrencies for goods and services. At the same time, 1.2 million Italians are users of the platform. Hype CEO Antonio Valitutti noted:

Last November, it was reported that Bitcoin is the third most popular means of paying for online purchases in Italy.
