Revolut plans to issue its own token

British company Revolut, which is valued at $ 33 billion, is preparing to issue its own token.

Details of the new product are not yet known, and the launch time of the coin will depend on the approval of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The new token will be mainly aimed at Europe, where the company has already received a banking license. 

In June, Revolut officials said they wouldcryptoservices account for approximately 20% of its revenues from 16 million customers around the world. At the moment, customers have access to more than 50 different coins. The fintech company claims to process over 150 million transactions every month.

Revolut recently announced that WeWork rental payments will be processed in Bitcoin.
