Jack Dorsey Supports CoinList Platform Funding Round

Cryptocurrency Platform CoinList Raises $10 Million From Twitter and Square CEO JackDorsey

According to the Wall Street Journal, fundingwill be aimed at the development of the new exchange platform CoinList Trade, as well as a crypto wallet. Polychain Capital and Digital Currency Group also joined the latest round of financing.

Dorsey’s investment was his first investment in the platform, which helped the company raise $ 800 million in cryptocurrency since August 2017. He said:

The crypto community needs a reliable platform to launch new projects. CoinList does an excellent job of this role, so trading is the logical next step.

Launched in May 2017, the CoinList platformHelps companies navigate ICO regulations. The platform services are already used by Blockstack, Algorand, Filecoin and Dfinity projects.

United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)continues to closely monitor the ICO. At the beginning of this month, the offer of tokens of the Telegram messaging platform was suspended after the regulator’s restraining order. The SEC v. Telegram hearing is scheduled for February 18–19.
