Investors of the Telegram crypto project already want to take back the invested funds

In light of recent events, some Telegram Open Network investors are already inclined to exit the project and return 72% of the invested funds.

Head of the crypto investment bank Hash CIB YakovBarinsky told TASS that at least 10 TON investors are ready to take the remaining refund amount if the project does not launch by April 30. According to him, given recent events in financial markets, this prospect looks much more attractive than in October 2019.

Since the US court has already previously recognized Gram tokens as securities, then fordistributing them among American investors, the company will have to register them with the SEC and conduct an IPO, which will take some time. This will require once again to persuade investors to defer.

If only American investors are withdrawn from the project for a timely launch, then lawsuits may follow. At the same time, lawyers doubt that the appeal will be of benefit.
