FCA allowed Wirecard to continue working

The UK regulator allowed Wirecard to continue its “regulated activities”. Crypto.com debit cardsand TenX’s can be used again.

On June 29, the UK regulator allowedWirecard subsidiary to continue its regulated activities. Recall that the Financial Regulation and Supervision Authority (FCA) suspended the Wirecard Card Solutions license on June 26, shortly after it became aware of the company's financial fraud.

The corresponding restrictions were lifted on June 30 at 00:01 GMT. This means that all cryptocurrency debit cards issued by Wirecard are once again available for use. 

This news was confirmed by startups Crypto.com and TenX, announcing that crypto-debit cards are again suitable for use.

Marcus Brown, a former CEO of Wirecard, was removed from his post and arrested by the Munich police. He is accused of intentionally misrepresenting the company's financial balance sheets.
