On Thursday, September 19, Coinbase Exchange announced the consideration of 17 new tokensToken
- The unit of account used to represent the digital balance sheet of an asset. More details for a possible listing on its platform.

Listing on Coinbase

Projects will include: Avalanche, Celo, Chia, Coda, Dfinity, Filecoin, Handshake, Kadena, Mobilecoin, NEAR, Nervos, Oasis, Orchid, Polkadot, Solana, Spacemesh, and Telegram.

A large number of assets have yet to be publicly launched. For example, the Chia Network, founded by Bram Cohen, is still in the testing phase.

Telegram has also recently released the publicly available test network of its TON network and has not yet distributed its own network token, GRAM.

  • In August, Coinbase announced its desire to provide its customers with access to 90% of the total market capitalization of all digital assets.
  • Coinbase Pro added a Dash coin to the listing, which began trading on September 17th.
