The lawsuit against Twitter user Hodlonaut, filed by Craig S. Wright, was dismissed byreason for lack of jurisdiction. Now, it is expected that he will be transferred to Norway, at the place of residence of the accused.
Hodlonaut, known for his ardent supportcryptocurrency Bitcoin, was last year accused by Craig Wright of calling the creator of BSV a fraud. The comments came after Dr Wright self-proclaimed himself the creator of the first cryptocurrency.
The feud between Hodlonaut and Bitcoin SV has been going on for over a year. The defamation lawsuit is now in its final stages, and it is likely that Wright’s demands will not be satisfied.
Currently, Wright is still struggling to legally assign the title of creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto, but his attempts are still unsuccessful.
