It was decided to refer the case to the jury after rejecting the plaintiff's motion to punish Wright for perjury and the provision of falsified documents throughout the process.

Wright responded by submitting a statement that he was diagnosed with autism. By this he explained the contradictions in the testimony. The doctor who made the diagnosis is presumably ready to confirm this in court.

Judge Beth Bloom stressed that Wright's testimony must be assessed in the light of these circumstances.

Recall that in the Kleiman v. Wright case on the alleged theft of 1 million BTC, the Australian entrepreneur was convicted several times of providing forged documents.

Last year, he presented a fakecorrespondence with Dave Kleiman, which allegedly took place in 2012. In May of this year, plaintiff Ira Kleiman provided the court with further evidence of Wright's false testimony.

The self-proclaimed Bitcoin creator was also accused of plagiarism while writing his doctoral dissertation.
