The gigantic potential of Bitcoin is recognized even in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, which recently, together with the CouncilThe Federation adopted a law banning the use of cryptocurrency as a payment instrument.
According to Arseny Poyarkov, a member ofexpert council of the State Duma on the digital economy, more and more people are entering the cryptosphere. BTC trading volumes are steadily growing along with computing power (hash rate), which once again proves the strengthening of Bitcoin's position.
The expert emphasized that the hashrate and tradingthe numbers are now even higher than during the famous race three years ago, when BTC reached $ 20,000. This trend indicates the great potential not only of the largest digital currency, but also of the industry as a whole.
Note that in the lower house of the Russianthere are still many enemies of bitcoin in parliament. It was these deputies who supported the position of the Bank of Russia, which over the past two years has been categorically against the law on digital assets allowing the use of BTC when paying for goods and services.
