Konstantin Ignatov, brother of OneCoin chief Ruzha Ignatova, agreed to testify against his sister under an agreement to facilitate the investigation and drop the charges.
Ignatov agreed to cooperate with defrauded OneCoin investors, as well as to testify against his sister in case these investors filedto the court.
Ignatov is a cooperating witness in a parallel criminal case.In 2019, the testimony has already helped to arrest and sentence to prison lawyer Mark Scott, who laundered money for criminals.
