Vitalik Buterin has denied a statement about the launch of Ethereum 2.0 in July

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin said that he did not confirm the possible transition of the Ethereum ecosystem to stage 2.0 inJuly.

In the cryptocurrency community, they were surprised at the statement of Buterin circulated earlier by CoinDesk and asked one of the Ethereum developers Afri Shoedon for clarification.

In the comments, Shoedon noted that “Vitalik hardly spoke about July,” since even a coordinated test network has not yet been launched.
