The department is looking for candidates with economiceducation that will be able to simulate various scenarios for the development of events that will ultimately lead to the collapse of the main reserve currency and the loss of the US current status.
Although the description does not indicate specific areas of research, the list of examples contains predictions thatsingle global cryptocurrency or nationalthe digital currency will be able to supplant the dollar, and the growth of the economies of China and India is mentioned. The results of the work will be distributed among various special services.
ODNI wants to not only learn about potential threats, but also proactively develop ways to prevent them or reduce their impact.
