The startup introduced a "clone" STEPN: instead of running - sex

Cryptocurrencystartup SEXN plans to launch the same namean application that will allow you to earn cryptocurrency during sex. At the beginning of May, the project held a pre-sale of SST management tokens, and at the end of the month - in-game tokens Sex Orgasm Token (SOT).

During the last event, the team sold 700,200 SOT at a price of 0.00085 BNB (~$0.25) per token. At the time of writing, the asset is trading around 0.000211 BNB (~$0.06) on PancakeSwap.

SST tokens are also available on PancakeSwap. The asset is trading near 0.00004 BNB (~$0.12).

SEXN operates on a model similar to that of M2E leader STEPN. According to the developers, it was the success of the latter that inspired them.

Investor's legs are fed: how STEPN is trying to monetize running

To use the application, you need to buy NFTs that are suitable for a particular practice. 

It is assumed that the launched application will charge SOT tokens based on data received from smart watches, fitness bracelets and mobile phones.

According to the publication Grid, during the AMA session, the developer of SEXN under the nickname MAX noted that the sensors are able to distinguish sex from other types of physical activity like running.

“During sex, of course, there won’t besignificant shift in GPS position. Therefore, we rely on the heart rate growth curve, which differs from the dynamics of indicators during sports. The degree of oxygen saturation of the blood, as well as the pattern of hand movement, also differs. […] If you just run […], the app will know you're cheating,” he said.

The project is built on the BNB Chain blockchain. The SOT and SST code base was audited by SafuAudit. The developers claim that they do not collect confidential user data. 

The alpha version of the application is scheduled to launch beforeend of the second quarter of 2022. In July-September, the team will release a beta version of SEXN and update the technical documentation of the project. The public version of the application will be presented before the end of the year. 

Recall that in May 2022, the STEPN team announced that they would close the opportunity for users from mainland China to earn money through their M2E application.
