Study: 29% of teens in the US crypto investments

Engine Insights conducted a study and found that 29% of American teenagers want to invest incryptocurrencies.

Employees of the firm interviewed teenagers aged 13 to 17 and found that:

• 39% of them seek to invest in stocks;
• 29% plan to purchase digital assets;
• 29% are interested in buying property.

The results of a similar study,published in March, say that 13% of US adults have already invested in virtual currencies, and 27% are going to do so. Thus, among adolescents, digital assets are slightly more popular.

51% of teens reported that they receiveinformation about investments from videos, 32% from relatives, 26% from influencers, and 21% from teachers. At the same time, 51% of respondents admitted that they do not know as much about cryptocurrencies as they would like.
