Santiment: Cardano continues to grow rapidly and successfully

Blockchain research company Santiment reports that the bearish market trend has not impacted the development of the Cardano network, which continues to show explosive growth.

According to analysts, the data aggregatorshows an impressive number of repositories on GitHub Cardano (ADA) compared to fewer tools from the Flow Layer 1 protocol (FLOW), the Polkadot (DOT) cross-chain protocol, its sister test network Kusama (KSM) and the leading smart contract platform Ethereum (ETH) ).

“According to our analysis of code submissions, problematic interactions and much more, we consider Cardano the most developed asset in the crypto industry. The team does not carry out traditional updates, ensuring that only current developments are included,” Santiment emphasized.

Analytical agency three weeks agofirst announced the rapid pace of development of Cardano, citing data collected about the blockchain from GitHub. Santiment CTO Valentin Mihov explained why it is important to monitor and analyze the activity of projects on GitHub:

"Developer time is relativean expensive resource, and if, as in this project, many developers dedicate their time and skills to the development of the project, this may mean that they believe that the project will be successful and offer more features. At the same time, there is less chance that the project is just a scam.”

At the beginning of July, Cardano developers launchedVasil update on the project's test network. The company behind the Cardano cryptocurrency, IOG (formerly known as IOHK), after a successful hard fork on the test network, called on developers, exchanges and staking pool operators to launch their projects.
Recall that Cardano has previously been accused of being slowdevelopment and implementation of solutions for ecosystem development. Last month, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson said the recent collapse of Terra confirmed the ineffectiveness of the explosive growth strategy, where the system expands uncontrollably and collapses after reaching its peak.
