Some crypto exchanges have announced the listing of the Optimism project's OP governance token.
LBank trading platformannounced that support for the new token will be implemented tonight, May 31.
A similar statement was made by MEXC.
Representatives of the platform clarified that trading in the OP/USDT pair will begin when sufficient liquidity is reached.
The OKX blog also revealed similar information about the listing.

Recall that the Optimism team announced an airdrop at the end of April. The native OP token is intended to become an element of the project management structure of the Ethereum L2 scaling solution.
During the first round of the airdrop, initiallyit was planned to distribute 214 million tokens among 248,000 addresses - 5% of the total coin supply of 4.29 billion OP. However, the developers subsequently reduced the list of participants by 17,000 addresses.
