Meitu – developer of an application for image and video processing – purchased another 175.6 bitcoins in 10million dollars.
In March, the company invested $ 39.9 million in Bitcoin and Ether as part of its cryptocurrency investment program.
Later, the Hong Kong-listed company bought another 16,000 ETH for $ 28.4 million and 386 BTC for $ 21.6 million.
On April 8, Meitu bought another 175.6 BTC worth $ 10 million.
The company conducted all transactions through the brokerage division of Coinbase.
The Chinese corporation has diversified itsassets after the board of directors gave the go-ahead to plans to invest up to $ 100 million in cryptocurrency. In addition, the company said it is “evaluating the ability to integrate blockchain into its various businesses,” including the potential launch of Ethereum-based applications.
