Bloomberg chief strategist Mike McGlone believes the looming collapse of US monetary policy will createa unique environment for the growth of demand for Bitcoin.
In his tweet, McGlone said that the price of BTC will increase significantly in the last quarter of the year. Against the backdrop of growing US foreign debt and the threat of default, Bitcoin could reach six figures.
The rise in US debt and the threat of default gives Bitcoin the opportunity to enter a unique phase of price increases in Q4.
The economist also noted that managers and fundswho avoid investing in the first cryptocurrency may find themselves at a disadvantage due to the rising debt crisis. McGlone confirmed his forecast of $100 thousand for BTC by the end of the year.
