Associated with Morgan Creek Digital co-founder Anthony Pompliano, recruiting firm Inflection Points (formerly PompCryptoJobs) closed a $12.6 million funding round and announced the takeover of competitor Proof of Talent.
Investments were provided by Peter Thiel's Thiel Capital, Fifth Down Capital, XYZ Fund, Rose Park Advisors, Blockchange, Third Prime, and a number of business angels.
According to Inflection Points, the firm raisedskill levels and contributed to the emergence of jobs for 4,000 professionals in the industry. Since the beginning of its operation, the company has reached a positive profitability and received investments after the income reached "seven figures".
Taken over by Proof of Talent, it closed 100 jobs for more than 40 startups. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
“By combining experience, we intend to develop end-to-end recruitment solutions for talent and employers in the industry,”said Proof of Talent founder Rob Paone.
Recall that in November 2021, Pomliano predicted that technology giants would introduce bitcoin into all industries.
According to LinkedIn, the number of jobs related to the crypto industry in the US grew by 395% last year.
