European cryptocurrency exchange ETERBASE has undergone a hacker attack.
As the platform reported on Twitter,attackers hacked six hot wallets,which held bitcoins, ethers, ERC20 tokens, XRP, Tron, Tezos and Algorand. The company did not disclose the amount of damage, but, according to The Block, it exceeds $ 5 million.
Most of the stolen assets were stored in ether and ERC20 tokens - they accounted for about $ 3.9 million. In second place is the XTZ wallet with 471 thousand dollars.
ETERBASE representatives said they had contacted "all centralized exchanges that may receive assets of illegal origin."
Now trading on the stock exchange has been stopped.
