Gemini Announces Brave Blockchain Browser Token Support

Gemini Exchange, founded in 2014 by the Winklevoss brothers, announced that it would soon add support for BAT tokens.

INthe published message indicated that customers will be able to open a BAT deposit starting April 24, 2020.

This is the first time Gemini has added a listing of a new digital asset since December 2018. Now the exchange supports six cryptocurrencies: Btcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin and Zcash.

Basic Attention Token (BAT) is a "Brave Browser" token created to provide a more efficient and effective mechanism for connecting and rewarding users, advertisers, and publishers.By default, Brave blocks unwanted ads and rewards users with BAT payments when they agree to watchAds.

Bitstamp is also considering adding BAT to its trading pairs.Recall that in the near future, the developers of Brave plan to add a built-in feature to the browsercrypto trading.
