Ethereum transaction fees topped $ 20 for the first time

This growth correlates with the price of ETH, which has increased by 5% over the past 24 hours, to the current $ 1.6 thousand.

The previous record of $ 19 was set on January 11. Over the past six months, the value has doubled.

Ethereum miners raised $ 800 million last month, surpassing the high set in early 2018. More than $ 311 million, or 40% of the total, was received from transaction fees on the network.
