Crypto exchange Binance joined the Association of Banks of Russia

The Binance exchange has joined the Association of Russian Banks (ADB), the platform said in a statement. According to managementexchange, this will allow it to provide a dialogue with federal authorities, legislators and experts in the field of digital financial assets.

Former employee of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, and now GR director of Binance Olga Goncharova became the head of the Expert Center for Digital Financial Assets and Digital Currencies of the Association.

Introducing Olga Goncharova, Georgy Luntovsky, President of the Association of Banks of Russia, remarked:

«We are creating an Expert Council for the futureand we pin high hopes on the arrival of Olga Alexandrovna. She has big plans to conduct an examination of the circulation of digital currencies and organize events on this topic.

And, in our opinion, this is a good candidate to head the platform where the expert community could discuss approaches to the regulation and development of digital financial assets.

Binance Eastern Europe Director Gleb Kostarev commented on this integration:
