Currently, the company has installed onea turbine on the Rhine, mainly for collecting data on the flow of the river, as well as demonstrating to the regulatory authorities the environmental sustainability and reliability of the structure.

In total, within the framework of the Stromboje project, the company plans to use 16 river turbines with a total capacity of 6.4 million kWh of electricity per year.

Standard Chartered Joins IBM and Maersk Blockchain Platform

The international bank Standard Chartered has become a new member of the TradeLens blockchain platform, created by the technology giant IBM and the largest container carrier Maersk.

Launched in January 2018, TradeLens aims to modernize the ecosystem of global supply chains with a special focus on container shipping and logistics.
