Block.one will launch an EOS-based crypto exchange

The developer of EOS has announced the launch of a cryptocurrency exchange called “Bullish Global”. The platform will run onEOS blockchain.

Bullish will launch before the end of the year. Block.one has already raised more than $10 billion in capital for the project. The main investors were Peter Thiel, Mike Novogratz, Alan Howard and Louis Bacon. 

The lion's share of the funds was allocated by Block.one itself – 164,000 Bitcoins worth about $9 billion and 20 million EOS.

According to the announcement, Bullish Global will combine a centralized and decentralized architecture and provide automated trading and credit services.

Amid this news, the price of EOS soared by 40% in a few hours, setting a maximum above $14.
