BitBoy Crypto Sues YouTube Channel Atozy for Defamation

Crypto Content Creator BitBoy Crypto Sues Another YouTuber For Defamation And Allegation That BitBoy Crypto's Published Contentmisleads viewers.

Ben Armstrong, the owner of the Bitboy Crypto channel, is determined to seek justice in court after an incident involving another YouTube user's comments on a deleted BitBoy video from2020.

Erling Mengshoel, better known as Atozy, found content on the Bitboy channel promoting the Pamp network token.Since the initiative of the creators of Pamp ended in complete failure and the loss of investors' money, Atozy labeled Armstrong as an unprofessional, dishonest, self-proclaimed cryptocurrency expert who, for selfish purposes, promoted a previously unpromising project.In November 2021, Atozy posted a video on its channel titled "Thisyoutuber deceives his fans... On August 12, Armstrong filed a lawsuit against Mengschul in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, alleging defamation, mental harm and improper interference with commercial contacts or future business relationships.
