DeFi project 1inch Network will distribute 300,000 OP tokens to its users. Representatives told ForkLog about thisproject.
The tokens will be distributed equally among 3,782 wallets, active users of 1inch Wallet. Decisions regarding the selection of wallets are final and non-negotiable.
1inch Network expanded to Optimism in August2021. As of last month, a total of just over 45,000 wallets were using the 1inch protocols on Optimism. 28,600 of them had Optimism as their priority network.
In Optimism's L2 network, transaction validations are aggregated off-chain, which reduces processing and transaction costs for decentralized applications.
At the end of August 2022, TVL on Optimism was $1.9 billion, according to DeFi Llama.
Recall that in August, 1inch Network announced the integration with the Ethereum virtual machine of the Aurora platform.
