This has resulted in a high rate of block additions to the blockchain in the past two weeks. A new block was added on average every 8 minutes 59 seconds with a target of 10 minutes. Because of this, the tuning mechanism increased the complexity of the network to compensate for deviations from the norm.

Bitcoin is currently worth $ 10,701. Over the past day, its rate has not changed, over the week it increased by 4%. The share of the main digital coin in the market is 57.7% with a total cryptocurrency capitalization of $ 351 billion.
