The fact that cryptocurrency mining in the Russian Federation should becomethe subject of regulation is also: the Central Bank, however, speaks of the “desirability” of its ban, but confirms that this issue is not within its competence (the Ministry of Finance is inclined to legalize mining in the “white” sector).
