Lark Davis: “Ripple may win the lawsuit with the SEC, but I will not buy XRP”

The cryptocurrency blogger and trader believes that Ripple will win the trial with the financial regulator.

Lark Davis tweeted thatI still intend to refrain from buying the XRP cryptocurrency. The blogger said that the first three crypto assets he bought after Bitcoin were XRP, XEM and DGB. XRP has indeed stood the test of time, but if he continues to hold these coins in his investment portfolio, Davis will have to forget about restful sleep. Despite the trader's opinion about XRP, the Ripple cryptocurrency has been in the top 10 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization for more than a decade.

Fun fact the first three coins I bought after #bitcoin were #xrp, $xem and $dgb. Only XRP has really stood the test of time. And had I kept my bag I would still be up a lot haha.

Regarding the possible outcome of legalRipple’s battles with the SEC, Davis’s position was supported by lawyer John Deaton, who represents the interests of XRP owners. The lawyer claims that the SEC is not limited to allegations related to the sale of XRP, and the case goes too far. If it is transferred to the US Supreme Court, there will be no doubt about Ripple’s victory, the lawyer assures.

And after the Supreme Court's decision inWest Virginia EPA, I have zero doubt that the current makeup of the U.S. Supreme Court will rule in favor of @Ripple if it goes that far. The SEC did not limit its accusations to only apply to Ripple’s sales of #XRP. It went too far.

Earlier, Lark Davis doubted the potentialmeme token SHIB, saying that the rate of this coin is unlikely to ever reach even one dollar. The blogger also argued that the Cardano blockchain is not popular among DeFi projects. The analyst has a different opinion about ether - in 2021, Davis suggested that due to the limited supply of coins, the ETH rate could reach $10,000.
