CEO Btc.top proposes a new miner fee plan

The CEO of the mining pool Btc.top decided to reach out to BCH miners again with a new planfunding the Bitcoin Cash infrastructure.

Jiang Zhuer changed a number of details in the proposed Bitcoin Cash Infrastructure Financing Plan, eliminating the mandatory deduction of 12.5% of theThe first thing Zhuer fixed was the donation mechanism:

"BCH miners will be able to donate funds directly to projects that they have chosen themselves.Miners will directly send a portion of their coins to the projects they wantsupport."

Chuyer also proposed to reduce the percentagedonations up to 2-3% of the reward. According to him, over the next two years, the price of BCH will go up sharply, and such a percentage will be sufficient to maintain quality projects. He suggests holding a vote and launching the donation mechanism as quickly as possible.
