The company notes that Zhang has no authorityact as legal representative of Bitmain and give instructions to its staff. Due to Zhang's disagreement with the decision of the shareholders, the company was forced to go to court, the notification indicated.

The company threatened with prosecutionto all employees who will respond to any requests from Mikri Zhang. Similar instructions, the head of Bitmain Cihan Wu voiced immediately after his return to office in October.

The long-standing conflict between Zhang and othersBitmain's shareholders have not yet died out due to the presence of a large stake in the manufacturer of mining equipment. By some estimates, he was twice as large as Jihan Wu. This allows the former CEO of the company to sue, trying to regain lost control.

Recall, the peak of the confrontation was the recentBitmain spokesman Liao Liu attacking Mikri Zhang. The skirmish occurred after Zhang obtained the license of the legal representative of the Beijing branch of the mining giant from the Bureau of Industry and Trade in the Beijing office. A few days ago, authorities suspended the license.
