Bankrupt cryptocurrency company Voyager Digital announced today, December 19, that it will sell its assetsBinance.US, a cryptocurrency company bound by a licensing agreement with the Binance exchange. The deal will be valued at $1 billion and Voyager must still obtain bankruptcy court approval for the deal. Its meeting will take place on January 5th.
