The world's largest crypto exchange notified the suspension of operations in ERC20 on June 27, whiletechnical works.

Suspension of Binance Wallet OperationsEthereum should take about two hours. Only deposits and withdrawals of ERC-20 tokens will be suspended, representatives of the site promise. At the same time, trading operations will continue and will not be affected. Suspended operations should resume immediately after:
"Deposits and withdrawals will resume after maintenance is completed."
This is far from the first exchange servicewallets that Binance has held in recent months. Earlier in June, the exchange suspended Bitcoin to USD withdrawals due to a delay caused by a stalled transaction.
