Analysis of Bitcoin Cash ABC, Litecoin, EOS and Stellar Lumen on 01.22.2020

Since the beginning of the week, the market has been in consolidation, and growth of volatility is expected in the near future.

BCH / USD

Yesterday the BCH/USD pair consolidated in a narrowside corridor at the level of average prices. In the evening, sellers lowered the price to the POC line, but it kept the pair from declining. Overnight, buyers easily brought the BCH price back to the hourly EMA55. 

This morning the recovery continued, but withat the beginning of the week, the pair cannot break above the 50% fib (356.24 USD). If the average price level now supports buyers, they will test the level of 380.00 USD. 

LTC / USD

Litecoin price consolidation in the sideways corridor continued yesterday. At the end of the day, sellers tested the support of 56.00 USD and returned to the average price level. 

Today, from the hourly EMA55 level, buyersachieved a re-test of the 78.6% fib resistance (59.31USD). The growth was not supported by volumes, and most likely the pair will return to the average price area. If the moving average EMA55 does not withstand the pressure of sellers, then the price will fall to the support of 54.00 USD. 

If the bulls can seize the initiative at the level of average prices, then they will break through the 78.6% fibonacci level and in the near future will update the annual maximum in the resistance area of ​​64.00 USD.

EOS / USD

Yesterday, the EOS price consolidated at level 3.65 USD. If price volatility increases sharply today, the pair may break through the POC line (3.79 USD) and test the target bullish level of 4.10 USD by the end of the week. 

If the bears push through the lower border of the sideways range at 3.50 USD, then the decline may reach the support at 3.30 USD. 

XLM / USD

Stellar price action continued yesterdayside range. Buyers could not pierce its upper limit of 0.065 USD, but sellers were a little more persistent and at the end of the day set a daily minimum just below the hourly moving average EMA55.

During the night, buyers were able to restore the pair tothe level of average prices, but it does not work to continue to grow. The sellers feel pressure, which can lead to a rollback of the price to the support area of ​​0.060 USD.
