Indian government wants to ban cryptocurrencies again

The Indian Ministry of Finance has proposed to once again ban cryptocurrencies in the country.

The offer was firstsent to the Council of Ministers and then redirected to parliament for final consideration. According to Economic Times, one senior official said:

The document was submitted to the Ministry of Finance for inter-agency consultations.

Just three months ago, the Supreme Court of India overturned the country's Central Bank's ban on providing financial services to crypto companies. 

New bill thrills Indian againcrypto community. Although the crypto sector in the country has developed at a significant pace over the past three months, the new offer could be the end of the Indian digital currency market.

Companies like Binance, Kraken and OKEx, which began expanding in India after the ban was lifted, will be forced to leave the country.

At the moment, officials have not disclosed other details regarding the new bill and the restrictions that will come into force with it.
