Probably, despite the inevitable death of the fiat system, countries will switch to compensation, which operates in promotions. So any dispersion of shares is basically compensated by the holders being issued two shares in exchange for one. This could also happen with Fiat, where the emissaries will be required to compensate for the dispersion.
So it will be easier for all countries to trade, accepting any fiat shit as a means of payment or acting the old fashioned way by hiring traders who can give a profit above inflation.
