Why look for Investors over the hill? If you can grow your own Investors!

Greetings colleagues!
Today I decided to write a post about our Investors.
As my experience shows (practice with2007) we are able to grow our Investors!
On TV I often see that the Government is constantlyholds Investment Forums with the aim of attracting Western (local) Investors. Everything would be fine, but there is one “BUT”. Of course, it’s easier for the “hillocks” to give money for the construction or purchase of a central bank, but what does this mean? Dividends and cash flows will again go abroad! On the one hand, it’s good that new buildings will be built, shares will rise in price, but again, the money goes abroad! May be enough?
I suggest the guys from Smart-Lab start learningnovice Investors, because I believe that there are people here who have significant experience in practice and theory. I propose to unite all the pros and create either a forum or a program for training beginners. Stop feeding the West! It's time to turn the tide and take matters into our own hands.
A lot of newbies make mistakes and end up missing out on amazing opportunities. I think we should do something serious!
Smart-Lab is a serious resource with invaluable knowledge and many years of experience of professional Investors.

I would like to thank the creators of Smart-Lab for such work! If you have created such a community, you can do what I wrote about above!
I want our Investors to receive dividends from our assets and drive the West into debt (and not vice versa). Of course, this is difficult to do, because they have been doing this for three centuries, but we learn quickly)))
