WHO will use blockchain to monitor coronavirus data

A number of large companies and organizations plan to use the blockchain to verify the reliability of the data on the COVID-19 pandemic.

World Health Organization, Chinathe National Health Commission, Microsoft, IBM, as well as universities and other companies intend to create an information highway based on the MiPasa platform, built on the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain.

Participants will organize a consortium that will develop a project to analyze and verify data from infection sites. This will help you gain access to reliable information,supplement it with new data on the distribution or test results of the vaccine.

Organizations will not only use reliablesources, but also on their basis to create new analytical tools that will help overcome the crisis, including applications that can determine whether a person is infected.

Many developers have already offered free help in the development of the project.
