Today, the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market approved the final text of the bill on digital financialassets (CFA). The bill was recommended for the second reading on July 21.
One of the key changes compared to the previous version was the exclusion of amendments introducing administrative and criminal liability for transactions with digital currency.
