Telegram representatives publicly announced their participation in TON

Representatives of the Telegram messaging application officially confirmed participation in TON, publishing onthe official website for information on the rules for using the GRAM project token in the Terms of Service.

We do not control the TON blockchain and therefore cannot guarantee that the details of sent transactions will be verified and confirmed in the blockchain, – the document says.

It is also noted that Telegram will not be able to fulfill requests to cancel or change sent transactions.

Despite the fact that at the beginning of 2018, $ 1.7 billion was raised to develop the TON blockchain and its own GRAM token, Telegram until this moment has been publicly silent about its participation in TON.
