Skrill payment system will add the ability to purchase cryptocurrencies

Global payment provider Skrill has announced the addition of a new feature, thanks to which clients of the servicewill be able to buy cryptocurrencies with Bitcoin.This way, payment system users will no longer have to convert cryptocurrency to fiat to make a purchase. According to the company's press release, this feature will appear in the NETELLER wallet in the next few months.

Skrill ownedPaysafe has been providing crypto solutions since 2018. The London-based company helps its clients buy “stakes” in a variety of digital assets, including less popular altcoins such as Ethereum Classic and 0x for fiat.

Skrill CEO Lorenzo Pellegrinoacknowledges that the company is paying special attention to cryptocurrencies, primarily in order to facilitate the process of customer interaction with the new asset class.
