The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has delayed a decision on Wilshire Phoenix's Bitcoin ETF untilFebruary 26th.
</p>A distinctive feature of Bitcoin ETFs fromWilshire Phoenix is a partial US Treasury bond security. According to company representatives, such a structure will protect investors from the high volatility of bitcoin, since the ETF will automatically rebalance depending on market conditions.

Recall that the SEC has already put off the decision on Wilshire Phoenix this summer. Then the company updated the application, in which it indicated the custodian of Bitcoins Coinbase Custody.
The SEC will also review the application from Bitwise Asset Management.
