South Korean electronics giant Samsung will release another blockchain smartphone called “KlaytnPhone”, whichwill become an alternative to the Galaxy Note 10. The Wall Street Journal reports this.
The gadget will come with a built-incrypto wallet and blockchain applications. The smartphone is expected to be available for purchase in South Korea starting today. Its price is expected to be around $1,000. Buyers will also reportedly receive a certain amount of “Klay”, the native token of the Kalytn project.
Samsung released a smartphone earlier this yearGalaxy S10, which also supports cryptocurrency wallet and decentralized applications (dApps). The company also plans to incorporate these features into budget Galaxy phones to attract more people to blockchain technology.
